The Garvee 2 foot by 6 foot Geometric Washable Rug Runner is excellent in design and has a non-slip backing. It lays flat which helps prevent tripping hazards. It is the perfect size for a runner. This is described as a jute rug, so I'm not sure about washing it even though it says it's washable. We'll see. I have dogs and I use it in the hallway by their water bowl, so I hope it is washable. It's a good length and the backing is non slip. it still moves some...not completely non slip. The colors are as described and it doesn't show dirt, so that's a plus!

This runner is more like a matt than a rug, but it is an attractive pattern that complements my decor. It is good for high traffic areas as it is quite sturdy and thick. It does seem like it would also work outside since it is more of a plastic type material than anything else.
