I really like the carpet. Its the perfect size at 5ft. wide, and 8 to 9ft. long. The color is lighter than the photo, but it's really pretty. It made my living room more comfortable and colorful. Also it cleans easy. I dropped a container of seafood salad on it. I was so upset about it, but it wiped it off so easily. The best part overall is that the price is right. I love it whenever I save money. P.s. I never write reviews unless I'm thrilled about the purchase.

It's good for a dorm/rec room.

You have to take into account that it's a very inexpensive carpet for a dorm/rec room or for a pet's space. It's not really meant to be a living room carpet, although one could use it like that. I view it more for someone who is looking for an inexpensive carpet for a small apartment or temporary space, with more of a boho classy style. If you had a rabbit/cat/dog who is looking for something more sophisticated to sleep on, for example, but it's not really for a full size living room. That being said, it seems very easy to clean and lightweight.

Best Washable Rug Ever Owned

This area rug is not only padded, but it is washable. I had to wash this rug yesterday, because my husband stepped in animal pooh and tracked it in the house. I folded the carpet lengthwise two times and then folded in into thirds to place in my washing machine. This rug does not hold onto water like my past washable rugs. I placed this rug in the dryer with no problems. The colors were still vibrant, and I did not have any crazy wrinkles or folds in the rug. My Corgi and Dachshund love to lay on the rug, because it's soft and keeps them warm. I'm considering purchasing another one of these rugs for another room in my house. The price is great and the colors are awesome.
