Site easy to use and choices and options are amazing. IT took a month to get frame and when it arrived there were scratch marks on three of four corners. Thankfully I chose a black painted frame and black sharpie made it look okay (as sending back frame was undoable). Also two of the corners are not flush - seemed like the cuts were not sharp so there is a small gap in the mitered joint. The glass is cut very roughly and not square. This frame is okay for print of an original watercolor, but i would be hugely disappointed if I were hanging some thing of value.

My poster is an odd size, so frames from anywhere else would have to be modified. Unfortunately, the frame was a hair small for the poster so we had to cut the poster a little bit! It worked out, but it was a hassle. Frame is exactly what I wanted color-wise and it's lighter than most, so won't be heavy hanging in the wall! I'd definitely order again!
