Cute style, decent fabric

This is cute, and even though I sized up because the next size down was not available,I can still make it work with a belt. Note that if you are on the shorter size it will look a little different than the picture,more like a little below knee length. The material is a lightweight knit.The stretch part of the waist is in the back. It's also somewhat retro but not in an overtly sexy way, more librarian which suits me just fine .
