Mixed Reviews, decent product, missing parts!

My Purple back pack arrived without the adapter for the USB Charging port and cord, and finding information on how to request the missing part be shipping has proven to be impossible. I now have one very disappointed Gift recipient and am left with no other choice but to return the purple bookbag and look elsewhere for a timely replacement!
