OUR STORY
It all began when we met Mia - a young girl living with diabetes - and her caring mother. We saw firsthand the struggles of measuring and weighing out food and knew there had to be a better way. At Good Measure, we strive to take the guesswork out of measuring so you can snack confidently.
5g OR FEWER NET CARBS = LITTLE IMPACT ON BLOOD SUGAR
We use the term "Net Carbs"" or "Net Glycemic Carbs" to help people understand which carbohydrates will actually impact blood sugar. Because nutrition science shows that foods with 5 or fewer grams of Net Glycemic Carbs have little impact on blood sugar, all of our snacks contain 5 or fewer grams of Net Glycemic Carbs!
Each serving has 2-3 grams sugar and 4-5 grams net carbs (Total Carbohydrate 11-12g – Dietary Fiber 4g – Allulose 3g = 4-5g net carbs).

Love These Bars!
An ad for these bars showed up in my Facebook feed one day. The claim to being low sugar and blood sugar friendly caught my eye. I ordered the variety pack and love every flavor! I am prediabetic so always looking for low sugar/carb foods. But putting that aside, these bars are fantastic. They are made with real ingredients and have no weird aftertaste like some other bars do. It feels like you are eating something real! Give these a try. You will not be disappointed.
Diabetic T2 - NO SPIKES
I'm always leary of anything advertised on FB; but was desperate for a safe Sugar-Free "sweet snack. I am SO HAPPY these Good Measure bars hit the spot! Tasty, delicious they can crumble a bit but no where as much as Nutri Grain bars, for example. I bought the 36 packs & limit myself to 1 "treat per day. Peanut butter & dark chocolate, almond butter & dark chocolate & lastly - the almond butter & blueberry ALL are extremely tasty. I'm so pleased.
My Favorite
I purchased the variety pack and, although I like all the flavors, my favorite is the almond and dark chocolate. This combination of flavors has been my favorite for a long time and the Good Measure version does not disappoint. My favorite way to enjoy these bars is straight out of the freezer, as that satisfies my love of a cold dessert and also helps them to be less crumbly. The best part is they are yummy and work well in my plan to eat lower carb/sugar-free snacks which help control Type 2 diabetes.
