I think these are perfect for the beginner or for the home gym. as I'm just starting out it's convenient that they start at 2 lb and you can add weights up to 5 lb per dumbbell. Great for strength training or fitness. easy grip handles. I would definitely recommend giving these a try if you're just starting out or if you're an accomplished lifter.

I really like these dumbbells. They’re compact, comfortable to hold, and perfect for home workouts. The design and color are beautiful, and they look great even if you leave them out in your space. The adjustable mechanism is simple and practical — each weight section can be removed by pressing the end cap and sliding the plates off.
