Great grip on this pan, feel balanced and safe

I was a bit concerned this pan might feel flimsy, but the handle gives it a really solid, high-quality feel. The material (looks like bakelite) is smooth and comfortable to hold, and it stays completely cool on the stove. Because the pan is lighter, the well-designed handle makes it feel perfectly balanced and very easy to use. It's great for flipping pancakes or tossing vegetables. The handle feels securely attached with no wobble at all. Anyway, the sturdy handle makes all the difference. Very pleased with the build quality!

Truly No Stick

These pans are truly no stick. I washed them, and then wiped them with a paper towel and avocado oil. I wiped the oil from the pan and then fried eggs. Perfect and not a bit of egg left on the pan. I then wiped the pan with a dry paper towel and put it away. Every bit as good as Hexclad.
