I've had several yoga mats in the past and this one is by far my all time favorite. It's comfortable, supportive and the size is an absolute luxury. I can comfortably do exercises I used to skip. I can feel the difference in my body already that being able to work out more comfortably has made. I'm much more consistent with the exercises my physical therapist gave me to do at home because of this particular mat.

Great Long Large Thick Exercise Mat

I really love how large and soft this Mat is. It is extremely thick and it is good to cushion the hardness of the floor when I’m doing mat Pilates and my stretches. I would recommend this thick exercise Mat to others. It is very Long so you don’t hang off the mat.
