I am surprised that its a decent size. The quality isn't that bad either. I would have liked it to be thicker, but its firmness is enough to not feel the hard surface beneath you. It is also slip proof. So if you're working on your abs or doing yoga this mat will be fine. The purple color is nice too. I would recommend this yoga mat.
