Just got the freezer on 4/23/25 but I can say it is lightweight and easy to hook up. It fit into the exact space my chest freezer did and it is exactly what I wanted. Easy to find my food with drawers on the door and extremely roomy shelves. If you have been looking for a garage ready upright for the right price...THIS IS IT!

Not as described

I could not give this review a full 5 stars because of the inaccurate description. The fridge I received did not have door shelves and when trying to figure out how to reach customer service the only option given was to return the fridge. For the price it was still a good purchase.

Freezer works great! Delivery—not great.

I ordered this freezer to replace a smaller one I previously bought from Walmart. It was a good deal. However. It was delivered to our driveway. I asked *%26 offered to pay* the driver if he could roll it on the dolly another 15 feet, %26 up the single step to our door. No. Ok. How about just rolling it closer? No. Ok. Could *I* roll it closer, while it was still on the dolly? No. And left. The prior freezer I ordered from Walmart, a year ago, was at least delivered to my front door. And every other large appliance I’ve *ever* bought was delivered indoors. I would’ve been happy TO PAY FOR THAT SERVICE. It wasn’t an option. So, this partially blind mama, who has significant health issues, dragged it by the packing straps by myself; kids helped guide it into the house while I lifted it. It was hard %26 kind of scary. Also, by the manufacturers gluing the packing foam to the bottom to the wood board beneath for shipping, I had to tip the entire freezer on its side to remove it, then lift it up again! Thank heavens it was fairly light compared to the OG freezers. After unwrapped, it has wheels to move it. But seriously. There should *at least* be a front door delivery option. I’d be happy to pay an additional fee to delivered indoors, %26 unboxed for us. Minor issues. You can’t immediately open this freezer a 2nd time. Kid gets something out, closes it, %26 it vacuum seals. I have to wait until that sound stops, to open it again. Not a big problem, but slightly inconvenient. Also, why do none of the new freezers have a light? Again, inconvenient. Overall though, I’m pleased so far with this purchase. Everything works. But, I’m very unhappy with the delivery service. Had I known in advance that I’d have to move it by myself, I could've at least hired someone. I won’t buy another large appliance from Walmart because of this. I’ll pay some other business $30-50 to deliver it %26 I won’t have to worry about having a stroke or heart attack by moving it myself!
