The first coffee maker sent was not working properly. I was given a choice of refund or replacement, I really wanted this coffee maker so I asked for a replacement. The new one arrived yesterday and I am thrilled. It is super easy to use, large detachable water reservoir, quiet, easy to clean, etc. Last but not least, this coffee maker makes a great tasting cup of coffee✌️

Recipe cards included!

We feel that this is a good coffee maker. It looks nicer than other ones on the market, the gold trim is nice on the handle. I like that it comes with recipe cards as well as brewing instructions. I like that you can program how many cups to make (up to 12!), and set a timer so it brews every morning at the same time. There is even an "over ice" option if you want coffee brewed a little stronger. It was easy enough to clean. Solid machine for a decent brewed cup of coffee
