Beautiful Programmable 12-Cup & Single-Serve Multi-Brew Coffee Maker, Lavender by Drew Barrymore

After purchasing 3 cheap coffee pots I went ahead and splurged on this Drew Barrymore white icing coffee pot. It is amazing. I have had it for a week and am loving all of the little features. It has a 4 hour warming timer which is helpful for my family. The single pod section doesn't drip constantly. Overall I would but this again.

I purchased the Beautiful by Drew Barrymore Multi-Brew 12-Cup Programmable Drip %26 Single-Serve Coffee Maker in Porcini Taupe on 6/26/2026. I initially noticed some dripping from the single-serve side after brewing, which I assumed was normal based on my experience with other coffee makers. However, the issue has now escalated significantly. I had filled the water reservoir to the Max line before going to bed. The next morning, I discovered that most of the water had leaked from the machine overnight. The reservoir had dropped to nearly the Min line, and the water had overflowed from the drip tray, run down our hutch, and pooled onto the floor. I will be attaching photos documenting the damage. Unfortunately, this was more than simply a messy leak. The continuous water exposure overnight caused damage to the wood on our hutch. This is an expensive piece of furniture and an important part of our small kitchen, and I am extremely disappointed that a relatively new coffee maker has caused this kind of damage. I have been a strong supporter of the Beautiful by Drew collection and own several of your appliances. I have also recommended the brand to others numerous times, so this experience has been particularly disappointing. The Beautiful by Drew customer service team told me there isn't a replacement in stock and in order to receive a refund, I'd have to cut the power cord and provide proof in order to get compensation (for the coffee pot only). Not only is that unhelpful, the damage to my cabinet was never addressed. I'm really unimpressed by this. Time to find a new brand to love.
