Twist to reveal a small amount of eyebrow pencil. Using very gentle pressure, flick eyebrow pencil in light, upward and outward strokes to fill in sparse areas. Blend out with the spoolie end for a naturally feathered finish.

What happened to the actual pencil part??
When I received it, I opened it and twisted the bottom portion off to expose the actual brow pencil that was supposed to be inside, to check the color and found it was totally empty. The actual pencil part was totally missing. It had the brush on the top of the stick, but no pencil inside, only the part where it was supposed to be attached to.
