Our New Best Gym Equipment

Many things to like about this mat, but convenience and usefulness is at the top of the list. Nice thickness, good grip, folds easily and precisely, lightweight but not flimsy. Because it's not as wide as some mats (it is 26", plenty adequate) it works really well in spaces next to a tread or bike. Quick to fold one section if you need more padding for knees or an elbow plank. We are using this to replace the messy jumble of mats currently in our building's gym that are "supposed" to be rolled (picture attached) as well as getting rid of some of the foam squares people have needed when using traditional yoga mats. Our gym looks (and functions) so much better now.

Best yoga mat, ever

All measurements are as advertised. It's thick, without being too thick for a yoga class. It has good grip without being too sticky, do you can go in and our of poses easily. It is smooth enough for easy cleaning and disinfecting. It came out of the packaging with ZERO smell. That's a huge deal since our faces are often smooshed right on it. One of my most favorite things, it folds up in a way where the bottom doesn't touch any paart of the top. Roll up always grossed me out, because if the floor is dirty... now you're dirty... and if you are prone to acne or other skin issues, then now whatever was on the floor is on your face... not with this design. I'm currently thinking about getting another one.

I like it

The mat is a light green, not so pretty in and of itaelf, but I think it would look very nice on lush green grass if one wanted to workout outside. I put it on its side to take a photo and discovered it would make a great privacy screen if a person was very short, or just wanted to block a window while they slept. I have a very thick mat and a very thin one. This measures somewhere betwen them, which is what I wanted. It is also a little wider than either of them. It is firmer than my thick mat. I like that. I've never had a fold-up mat. I'm eager to try it.
