It is a nice maze of ladders and tunnels to keep the hampster active when is locked up . But the wheel is worthless. High friction causes it to turn the bracket to cafe snd come off. It can trap the hampster. It is also such a small diameter wheel it can cause excessive back arch of a hampster per websites I read. The rest of the cage is great.

Hamster got stuck in window

It's a very large house for hamsters, and it's great except for one thing. The pink house in the top corner. My hamster fit through the door just fine, but he tried to go out the window and got stuck, it took hours to try to get him out. It's a great cage, I would just be cautious with that window. Maybe other hamsters are smarter than mine, but I would be careful with it anyways. Other than that, everything is great
