durable after being left in the rain

So, I see why product recommends for 14 . My 10yr old daughter lost her drone within the first literally minute of flying it. I tried to get her to read the instructions but she swore she played with her 10yr old cousins and she controled it just fine. It landed on top of the house and I told her to make it come back in her direction but it kept going further and further away. I asked my next door to look in her tree which is where we thought it landed. we could not find it. we looked back in the neighbors yard the next day because it rained over night and thought it probably would have fallen. That neighbor looked in her neighbors yard on the other side and it was there. My daughter brought it in the house and put the second battery in the drone and it came on but one of the propellers wouldn't work. We let it dry out and it started back working the next day. She's been trying it in the house to make sure she'll be ready for the outdoors. I told her I was going to take her to the open Community field near our house where therevare no trees.

I just wanted a drone for a little fun. I looked at so many in the $50 to $100 price range, and realized I may not use it much. So after looking at less expensive drones ... Hooray! This one seems to check all the boxes and didn't break the bank. It's perfect for a little fun. If you think you will become a real drone enthusiast, why not start with something simple. Then you can spend hundreds if you want.

Easy to use

This drone is easy to control. We've had others that we lose right away because we can't control it but this one was no problem. The camera works great too. I was really impressed. It is a short battery life with 10 minutes but includes 2 batteries. My phone didn't fit in the phone holder but we just carried it with us. We took pictures and videos. When I registered it asked for a credit card, I did not give one and it still works.
