Lower Quality Than Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the package and took the shirt out of the packaging, I was confused. Why I was confused as there is no brand name on this shirt and it had frayed and loose strings in various areas. The shirt does say it is made in China, but it is supposed to be from a brand that I sold at Target. I was just surprised with how cheap and low quality it felt and looked. The material itself is very thin and light. While I do love tops that are like that, this one had looked to be poorly manufactured with all of the loose strings and stitching that left more to be desired. overall, I will wear this, probably around the house versus wearing it out just because of the quality and look of it.
