I do not know if this problem was a problem with Walmart or Tasharina or both, but the experience was poor all around.

The listing describes a specific size for this product, which upon arrival, I found that the product was not the size as described. It looked like a good quality product, however the incorrect size rendered it useless to me. Shipping was slow, which made it more upsetting when it actually did arrive and we realized that it was not going to fit as it should have. The product was too small to fit on my 2” PVC pipe. It was the same size as the pipe and I was unable to use it as a cap on the PVC pipes.
