The battery life is so miniscule that I cannot recommend this tracker, despite its polished app and seamless phone integration. It won't hold a charge for 24 hours, so even with a charge between workouts, it may still be dead before my next workout or bedtime (for sleep tracking).

Ordered NEW but received USED %26 BROKEN

This review text is styled with strikethrough formatting

Ordered a NEW Fitbit Flex 2 but received a used %26 damaged tracker. The Fitbit box was filthy and appeared old and tattered. It had several tears where it had been opened before and was taped together in spots by scotch tape. The charging dock cord was pulled loose from it's socket with visible frayed wires or fibers could be seen. The tracker never updated after countless attempts including charging it to 100%, leaving it plugged in and close to my phone, and many many online searches for how to update the firmware. So frustrating and now I have to make a trip to Walmart to return the darn thing. Will not purchase fitness trackers from Walmart again.

About this review:Walmart fulfilled this order and the fulfillment issues were not the fault of the seller.

Do not buy from this seller!

The device itself has scratches / abrasions, packaging ripped, instruction manual discolored and clearly used before. Nothing in the product info disclosed wear of any kind.
