Love it. Everything a Whoop does for cheaper.

Love it. I've gone through a graveyard of smartwatches and fitness bands over the years, and the thing that always killed it for me was the screen: the notifications, the glowing rectangle begging for attention, the battery that died every other day. The Fitbit Air fixed all of that, and I'm kind of obsessed. The screenless design sounded gimmicky at first, but it's the whole point. There's nothing buzzing at me, nothing to swipe, nothing to charge constantly. It just quietly does its job in the background while I get on with my life. It's so light I genuinely forget it's on. I've slept in it every night for weeks without it bothering me once. (Full honesty: it took me about two days to get used to the feel against my skin, and then I stopped noticing it entirely.) The battery is unreal. I get about a week per charge, and when it does run low, five minutes on the cable gets me through a full day. After years of nightly charging, this still feels like a small miracle. But the part that's actually changed my habits is the coaching. The Gemini-powered insights in the Google Health app don't just dump numbers on me. After a rough night or a hard workout, it nudges me toward recovery and an earlier wind-down, and the suggestions genuinely make sense for my day. The sleep tracking and readiness score have made me way more intentional about rest. I also love that I can swap bands in seconds depending on whether I'm working, sweating, or sleeping. And it works perfectly with my iPhone, which I wasn't sure about going in. For a hundred bucks, this thing punches so far above its price it's almost unfair to the competition. If you've been eyeing Whoop but balking at the subscription, do yourself a favor and try this first.

Honest Review

Honest review from a Garmin and previous Apple Watch user. TLDR: Great tracking, Great Fit, Great feature set, small and thin size, super affordable, surprisingly stylish, over all an awesome sleep and personal health tracker. Review: I'm impressed with this little device. It's small and relatively thin, yet it offers pretty excellent health and sleep tracking. It's hardly noticeable on the wrist. This sounds funny, but I like the fact I can wear a watch and have the air on my off hand (non-dominant). I think it's a complimentary device, to any other. So far I've put it on and never taken it off, unless to shower. That's honestly when I charge it for the short duration. That's more than enough time to keep it topped off. Whoop Users: I think this device punches above its price range, in a sense that it competes and maybe kills whoop. I'd rather pay for Bevel.app (cheaper and does what the whoop app does), than pay the mandatory subscription. The coaching Ai: Honestly, a great personal trainer surprisingly. You can have the Ai edit workouts and sleep. As well as log nutrition and your own personal

Long time Fitbit user

Comfortable, detailed and a great tool for keeping track of daily activity and progress, I loved the basic band that first came out so this screenless model is exactly what I've been waiting for
