The band is quite long. However, it has features that allow it to fit snuggly (see pics) without fear of it falling off. Also it has stayed attached to the watch without any accidental detachments like a lot of these bands are prone to do. It has a long battery life. I had an older Fitbit model that stopped working after about 4 or 5yrs. This one has a lot more features, most of which I haven't had time to really learn but really cool watch that more than serves my needs. Got this one on sale for a great price. I was so happy!!! Cuz I had extra chargers and bands and they all work with this new one! My doctor and I go over all the great information that the watch %26 app are documenting and apply that to my medical regimen.

I was mortified to see that I had lost my Fitbit after going to three stores. I didn't have it in a secure place and lost it. (Won't do that again). I received my replacement the very next day. I had to fully charge it as it was at 1 percent. It also required an update, which took ten minutes. A few issues needed to be worked out, but I am back in business with my Fitbit Inspire 3.

This is smaller for my wrist as I can not stand big bulky watches because I wear medical gloves at work. Love the heart rate, BP feature and even the step counter. I know there’s more advanced out there now but I prefer simple and efficient and this model is that for me
