The entire process was really easy. Ordering online was easy, tracking my product was easy (after getting the e-mail with the tracking number), item arrived at the store just as the tracking info had said (it arrived earlier than the original shipping date they gave me when I purchased it online. So, following the e-mails with the tracking info from Walmart is important; it will let you know exactly where your shipment is and when it will arrive to the designation), pick-up and take your item home. That easy. Me, my 7 year old grand-daughter and 2 of my sisters put it together with no problem; just follow the directions. It helps if you have an area to organize all the tools spread out so that you can see everything you have. My grand-daughter loves her new bed.

I really like the Eclipse Twin Over Full Bunk Bed. The only thing that troubles me is that there is no place that tells a person that the mattress is not included. You show the mattresses, but you do not tell that they have to be ordered seperately. Now, I have to order the top mattress.

It took a lot of time to assemble, but it's really solid with all the bolts that they provide to assemble it. Very well made, two young teenage boys won't be able to make a mess of this frame, it's solid tubular steel. We bought the very thick 8" mattress, difficult to fold, but it's really comfortable for the boys to sleep or play upon. They chose the silver grey frame and a charcoal grey mattress, great looking combination. You will need two men to haul it inside and to assemble it. It's large, so you will need a good sized truck, or pay for delivery. Very reasonable pricing for a top quality combination, there are a lot of other products out there for hundreds of dollars more than what we paid. We used his old mattress on the top, fit perfect.
