I ordered this item. I wasn't expecting an immense plus carpet but one goo enogh for my cats to lay on in the bedroom. it said it was 5 ft by 8 ft. I got it and it was 18 inches by 24 inches, and it was a soft vinyl like an anti-fatigue mat. I tried to get an exchange but a refund is the only way. It is quite a process to return it. Very disappointed.
