Great product! Our dryer was not drying, it would take two cycles and the humidity in the house would skyrocket. We're talking 70-80 percent. So last month I cleaned the vent with a vacuum and fish tape. Although I got a lot of lint out, the dryer was still not 100%. I then decided to order this product. I am glad I did. This product is easy to use, but expect a lot of dust. Maybe a mask if you are sensitive. The vacuum attachment didn't connect to my vacuum properly so I just taped it on with the provided tape and it worked great. The vent brush was perfect, got the vent very clean. I didn't even have to use a drill. Just connect the rods shove it up the vent and it's clean. It only missed one spot, the oval part of our pipe, where it connects to the dryer. No big deal. When I do this next time I will completely remove the brush every couple of feet because I might have made a compacted area closer to the top of my vent pipe. But this product gave me the tools I needed to fix that too. I just straightened the long tapered brush and taped it to the rods and sent it up to do the job. Then I sent the round brush back up and everything was clean. The whole process of moving the dryer, attaching all the rods, cleaning the vent, disconnecting and putting everything back took about an hour. FYI, We have a one story house with a vent out of the roof. Then came the test… dryer dried everything great! And the humidity in the house didn't go up as a bonus. I am really happy I got this product. I have attached three photos. One after cleaning last month. One that shows the top blocked. One after everything was done.
