First thing I received the microwave on time and in good shape which is a miracle seeing that it was shipped by FedEx who is by far the worst of the shipping companies when it comes to shipping and damage to the item. It is a nice looking unit and so far has worked perfectly. The inverter technology seems to make it work faster and more evenly than a regular microwave. I have only had a short time so cannot comment on longevity hopefully it will continue to function properly.

Emerson Microwave Oven is in a class of its own!

This is a produce I would highly recommend. Arrived in mint condition. Easy to operate and very sturdy. The instructions are not difficult to understand and there are features like safety in case food is left in microwave. The timer again goes off as a reminder and the food is evenly cooked. Emerson has been around for a while and while it took me some time to locate it on the site, well worth it!
