I love that it has the tie, the shoulder pieces and the strap for around the waist. it is so soft and comfortable. it even comes with a little button to keep the shoulder pieces together in the front. The only other thing I wish it came with is pieces for around your upper arms since I have pain there as well.

This is a fantastic product! fits over your ENTIRE back, and is SO soft! It also can be used from your buttocks down past your knee, I'm 5'7". instead of a low, medium, high, you 'dial' it in for the actual temperature, 98*, 135* etc.. I can't believe that I got such a great product at such a fantastic price!
