I have chronic back pain, and have since the early 80's. This is the first that actually wraps my shoulders comfortably, AND runs the length of my back. I also appreciate seeing the temp displayed instead of “low, med, high” options. It is also the softest fabric, with beaded weight. I really do like this.

We just received this today, my husband tried it and immediately told me to order another one, which was did. He is a large man and it h at his neck, shoulders and entire back!!! Also the snap at the neck is great! His old heating pad didn't have the snap at neck and continually fell down. This is a great product. Lastly, it has higher heat settings than any pad we've ever had… he doesn't even use it on “high” setting and that's a first!
