We just received this today, my husband tried it and immediately told me to order another one, which was did. He is a large man and it h at his neck, shoulders and entire back!!! Also the snap at the neck is great! His old heating pad didn't have the snap at neck and continually fell down. This is a great product. Lastly, it has higher heat settings than any pad we've ever had… he doesn't even use it on “high” setting and that's a first!

You could not ask for a better back and neck heater. It goes up to 150°. You can set it on different timers. And different temperatures. Heats up very fast. It's definitely the hottest heating pad I've ever used. After having it on 150 for no more than five minutes. I had to turn it down. Never had that with any heater before. I would definitely order this again. Excellent product.
