It goes on smoothly and is very light. I am near 40, and it doesn't settle into my lines, which is a huge plus. It has a barely there look, but it is very effective at evening out your tone. I should note that I have a very hard time finding a foundation that doesn't look powdery or give my skin an orangy hue. If this is your struggle, this is your product. I have found that it goes on well with the matching primer and a makeup sponge, followed by a bit of brushed-on nude/translucent loose powder, and finalized with a few spritzes of setting spray. It lasts all day with ease. It is very tempting to apply more than you need, and while a little bit will go a long way, I still think it's a bit pricy for the amount you get in the tube.
