My preferred Storage containers

Growing up in a house where Tupperware was everywhere - I chose to start buying the Rubbermade TakeAlongs instead of the much more Tupperware, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I have two cabinets full of Rubbermaid Food Storage Containers, because I cook quite a lot of food/meals for my family of 7. Our refrigerators have many containers of Rubbermaid in them. Even though washing them in the automatic diswasher might discolor some of the containers' plastic, I still use the dishwasher to clean most of them, as well as hand washing some of them. Food stays fresh, and there are no food odors in the fridge from the food. I also microwave the containers of food with no issues.

These containers I like to have on hand in different sizes. They are great for leftovers, freeze well, and microwaveable. They are also dishwasher safe. I have kept these on hand because the price is good enough to give away and not care about getting the container back.

They are a little thin I dont use them for storage they are my new dipping trays...so I put eggs in one flour in another and bread crumbs in one...I dip chicken fish pork chops and so on and they work perfect for that, just right size...they clean up good and stack well for storage Im happy with them..
