I love these stools. The only thing I think may be an issue to some is that the fabric will need to be cleaned often with a sticky lint roller. It attracts lint.

These were extremely easy to put together right out of the box. The fabric is soft and cleans easily. It almost looks like leather but it is soft to sit in and not too cold or won't stick to you if you're wearing shorts. The chairs are very comfortable and plush with just enough back support that you can lean back a little bit. The footrest area is perfect and it feels very sturdy. I think these are going to last a long time. I also love how they are adjustable height and can swivel. The price for four was a great deal and they arrived much faster than expected!
