Aluminum NOT STAINLESS STEEL as advertised
I purchased this pressure canner, believing that it was stainless steel based upon the item description, which clearly states such. I was reading the pressure canner manual and noticed it referred to the aluminum. I contacted four jars company and they confirm that the only pressure cooker they make is Indeed aluminum. It looks like a beautiful canner, but I do not want to cook in aluminum. So disappointed. They will be contacting Walmart to fix the false advertisement or error. Now I have to go through the hassle to return the canner.
