WASTE OF MONEY. Listen, you get what you pay for right? I knew I was paying for crap because I can't afford $400 rocking chairs. Let's go through it. Assembly was honestly average because I had a drill. But a hand held won't be enough. You have to have a powerful one and be careful not to go too fast if you're inexperienced with one. By hand It'll take forever because the screws get stuck a lot. Only thing great about this chair is the color. From far if you squint it's nice. When you look at it you can see the drips from the stain and you can see the frayed “wood” THAT IS ALL OVER THIS THING. If you have kids or dogs be careful and use gloves when handling. I honestly don't know if I can call it splinters because it felt like wood was entering my hand, but the chair feels like plastic rattan. If you scratch it accidentally with your nail, goodbye stain! It's like butter, which makes sense why they have the stickers already peeling off so you don't notice how cheap the finish is. It's peeling, there's small bubbles on it that look like there was paint stripper on it. One of my chairs (yeah I'm the dummy that bought 2 of these things) has the print of where they laid it to dry. Yeah. YUP. Uuuuuuuugghhhh!! And every chip and shred is covered with gloss so it was done during the making of it not during shipping. Well I guess that covers appearance and quality. Moving on to value of money. Just save your money until you can afford something truly hand made. The Amish are getting all my money next time. And ofc, I can only add 5 pics but I'm trying to warn you.
