my son dropped his tablet and the warranty clearly states it will be replaced with a 1 year warranty. he had it for about 2 months and honestly was surprised the screen cracked, it only fell about 4 inches. please direst me in the correct place to have my sons replaced. i have email walmart and the manufacturer, have yet to hear a response.

For the price of this tablet, I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be okay. I like the thick foam case to protect it from being thrown around by children, but the tablet itself is incredibly slow to open and close apps or load videos on youtube. I ordered this for my niece to be able to watch youtube kids, and the tablet sometimes takes up to 3 minutes to even open the app. I would suggest spending your money on something better. I would never buy this again.
