Beautiful right out of the package. Lovely fabric. Generous cut . A little expensive but worth it in the long run. They're on a very bright sunny picture window and they do block the sun and keep it from heating up my dining room. I had replaced other curtains that were supposed to be blackout curtains, but all they did was heat up that room tremendously and these certainly do the trick, although I do not think they are called blackout curtains and do not actually darken the room as much as the old curtains, but they certainly keep it cool. I love that I am able to open and close them easily with the big grommets because it's only a certain time a day that I want to pull them closed. I almost wish I had gotten the ones with green and brown instead of the blue, but I am very happy with the ones I did buy.

I was fearful to buy curtains with different colors and patterns, but I am so glad that I did. They match the walls, furniture and the beautiful area rug that I bought from WalMart a few weeks ago, plus the price was great--especially from the quality of the curtains.
