It works well to make pull-ups much easier. I can use strict form and wide grip pull-ups with the assistance. I get good workouts with this product on YouTube livestream workouts. Check that out @arizonajake on YouTube.

Heavy-Duty Assist Bands That Really Support

I'm very pleased with these assistance bands. The heavy-duty construction feels durable, and the adjustable length lets me dial in the right level of support. I initially couldn't do full pull‑ups, but with these bands I gradually progressed—just like others have experienced with quality loop bands . Using the comfortable fabric knee rest or foot placement gives extra support during the exercise. Assembly and adjustment are simple and intuitive . The bands stretch smoothly without jerky tension and feel stable during use . Pros: Strong build quality and ideal for pull‑up progression Easy to adjust and comfortable knee or foot rest padding Suitable for beginners and heavier weights
