This item has helped me immensely in moving my handicapped daughter. Getting her safely situated in bed is a little bit easier now. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I received the Pilates bar kit in a quick and timely manner. it was exactly as described and I have enjoyed using it.

Really is a good product. I am bed bound and it works extremely well.

There was no guide of what all the parts are, so what we ended up with was a pile of plastic parts that I didn’t know how to use

I tried to cancel the order when it was delayed. Obviously you did not cancel it and sent it twice to two different addresses that I never gave you. My niece who got one of them in another city has tried to return it and the store won't take it back and the other place you shipped it brought it to me. I am disabled and cannot get out to return it so what do I do with two boxes of the same thing which I do not want. I will not order from you again if this is how you treat customers. How do I return them.

You need better explanation of how to use these band safely, especially how to attach them for upper body exercises and what can they be safely attached to!!!!
