very nice budget friendly rack.

I have a few observations for consideration of buying with power cage: 1) It will work with 1in diameter weight plates. 2) The instructions are not the best and the company needs to provide blow-ups of multiple areas during the build to ensure it goes smoothly. It is especially difficult to fathom the cable routing and the order of parts when putting the rear pulley assemblies together. 3) Some of the bolts and nuts are of poor quality and I had several not thread correctly or break during the build. Luckily, I had some extra 3in bolts and nuts to replace the poor quality ones and was able to continue with the build. Several other reviewers have observed this and noted that it is impossible to reach the company after purchase creating problems if you don't have extra bolts and nuts available and/or you don't want to make a run to the hardware store to purchase bolts and nuts. In case you need it, I replaced two bolts/nuts with 3/8 in X 3 in hex bolts (16mm). 4) Some of the collars for the pulleys, which are plastic, required trimming down so that the pulley would move freely in the assembly. Pay attention to this. I believe that the back, top cross bar was slightly twisted and required me to trim to plastic collar for the pulley. 5) This power cage will come in two boxes. The first box was delivered on time; however, the second box was delayed and went well past the promised 3 day delivery time. The seller was useless in resolving this given that instead of calling Fed Ex and asking them to complete the delivery, they kept telling me to be patient. If you run a business and your shipper delays making deliveries despite there being a delivery date promised, you should prompt the shipper immediately and stay on them until the delivery is complete, not tell the customer to be patient! I was patient and the delivery was delayed well beyond the date that was promised. If your shipper is not reliable, do not promise a quick delivery date! Now that the power cage is built, it is doing everything promised, although I find that the foot rest for the cable pull is too close to the cage so I don't use these.
