Definitely pay for someone to assemble. Totally worth it. It is sturdy but its not something that's easy to relocate once assembled, so be mindful of that. I was hoping the storage would be bigger, but I'll just buy another cabinet for my office. The height adjustments are great. Husband is 6'2 and im 5'9.

This desk is gorgeous. The pictures online truly depict how beautiful it is. Putting it together is definitely a challenge and the instructions could be a little better but manageable overall. I hear the barn doors rattle so I'll have to figure something out. Not a deal breaker though
