Two is even better than one

I bought the Dell Pro 32 Plus as a companion to my previously purchased Dell 32 inch monitor from a few years ago. Why? Because I love my original Dell 32 and since I recently started using a larger desk space, I wanted to increase my screen space as well. The screen is crisp, sharp, easy on the eyes, and matches up nicely with the original monitor. If I had room for another Dell 32, I would be a third to join the group. Someday.

Excellent Monitor

I'm in a business where I sometimes need to see fine details and close up views. This 32" 4K monitor is a huge upgrade over my previous Dell UltraSharp monitor. Very versatile monitor was able to set up very easily to meet my viewing needs! Really good value too, especially compared to other brands out there.

I purchased a 31.5 UHD monitor from Dell. Unfortunately, it was dead out of the box. I contacted customer support and had no long wait listening to bad music on the phone. The agent quickly went through the troubleshooting steps and agreed it was inoperable. He said he would place an order for a replacement, which would arrive in two business days. I called on a Friday morning, so he said that I would get the monitor by Tuesday. I expressed my disappointment as I needed the monitor for work. He was apologetic and said that he couldn't guarantee a quicker delivery. It arrived on Monday morning before 11 AM. All product support should be so good.
