I would not suggest purchasing from this seller. I found out my son’s boot camp date was pushed back until after Christmas and needed a last minute gift so I purchased this quickly and without much thought. He informed me he wanted a different item the same day and I attempted to cancel the order that same day. It said it had already shipped and wouldn’t allow me to cancel. Once it arrived I took it to Walmart. Walmart refused the return because it is a 3rd party seller. They asked me to communicate directly with the seller for the return. After multiple conversations with the seller he refused to help with the return and continually pushed me back to Walmart. It went back and forth for over a month until the return window was no longer open. So brand new in the box it was shipped in and never even opened and both Walmart and this seller refused to follow the return policy on this product and allow me to return the item.

Terrible! The seller was awful at communicating. the tablet was supposed to come with a pen, %26 when I messaged the seller about the missing pen, they told me It wasn't their problem %26 refuse to help in any way.

Offered no solution regarding issues with the printer, Did not offer replacement, service or refund.
