I love it! The coffee comes out piping hot! Definitely tastes great, so glad I upgraded from my other coffee maker. I'm pleasantly surprised that this coffee maker is sold at the low I received it for! It has easy digital on/off and cup sizes, pod and grounds can be used such easy access to the basket for your grounds and switching to using pods is easy, just change inserts! Definitely a satisfied customer

So glad I gave this Coffee Maker a try!

I had to replace a similar Keurig that I'd only had about a year. I decided to go with this model since it was cheaper, figuring I didn't have anything to lose. I am so glad I did, because this unit was not only much cheaper, it gets my beverages hotter, and also has more cup size settings than the Keurig. It takes the same K-Cup Pods, etc., and comes with a washable pod/filter attachment for ground coffee. It is just as fast as the Keurig as well. 10/10 recommend!

I'm still getting used to doing 1 cup of coffee at a time, but so far I love it. I especially love having the ability to take the detachable water tank off the coffee maker and fill it in the sink. It gives you many choices in coffee container sizes.
