Perfect for small counter space, however the bad part of i, the cup holder is very small, not suited for large bottom portion of the cup, needs to be bigger wider, tends to splash so it gets messy. It's a good machine but it needs the walls wider so that it can hold many types of coffee cups not just small cups.

This is a great coffee pot. It is compact and simple to operate...one button and a tasty cup of coffee is ready in less than three minutes. It also accomodates a tall coffee cup/travel mug. The coffee tastes pure and fresh without any funky odd flavors. I did run 1 part white vinegar, 4 parts water through the pot as suggested in the instructions, prior to using the pot. After the vinegar run, I ran plain cold water 3 times to rinse the vinegar out. It is well worth the effort. I would buy again and I definitely recommend this coffee pot.
