Definitely good for 500 degree oven

After searching for days, I finally settled on these pot holders for my sourdough baking (the first half is cooked at 500 degrees) and they are definitely worth the price. I still can't pick up a small item with them but at least I'm not burning my hands anymore.

I like the large size, can be used as an oven mit and to sit hot pots on to protect the counter or table.
