This 24" fan worked perfect for my needs. I mounted it in a wood panel and placed it in a doorway to exhaust drywall dust. The fan was powerful enough to move the vast majority of the dust outside. I got this fan on sale for 75.99 which I think was a great deal.

Nice fan for the price

It is a little loud but it does move alot of air. I occasionally get water in my basement and it will be perfect for that. I was so impressed I bought an extra. Ball bearings are nice to as I can change them myself. Only bad part is they have a 5 year carpet warranty listed on the fan description. It would be nice to know the actual warranty.
