Item came in the mail on due date. As this was our 2nd from this supplier we were able to assemble rather quickly. The cover is good quality and a cat hair rake gets it looking tidy pretty quick. All of our cats live to sit in the window and look out or nap in the sunshine on this cat tree. Very good quality for the price.

Cat loves it, and customer convenience is great!

My cat absolutely loves it. I think the hammock is his favorite part. I especially love that you can change out the toy pieces. So when you cat chews through the elastic like some of mine do you can swap it out with a new one. Probably my favorite thing about this brand aside from how sturdy and well made they are. My family owns a few of the PAWZ brand towers and one of their tunnels. All of their products have replacement toy pieces and they can be used on any of them. I love how convenient it is. His other favorite thing is to be at the be very top and watch people as he falls asleep. I also enjoy their considerations towards the fact that it is tall and include pieces to anchor it to your wall so the cats don't knock it over going max speed. Constructing these things is very straight forward. Everything is well labeled. They even have a red ribbon that's attached to the box and bag full of screws and such so you don't have to dig through and find them. It's just an overall great company when it comes to making products that understand how crazy cats can be, and helping make things easier for the owners in both packaging and design.

Bought this cat tower due to my boys (have 2 cats) destroying their previous one (the sisal rope was completely destroyed). They absolutely love it!! They both love the hiding spot %26 the top bed.
