I'm very disappointed in this chair. I called the seller OJ Commerce before I bought the chair because I need the chair to be white, not ivory, not beige, not off white. So I explained that to them. They told me they'd check their warehouse to actually see the color to make sure it was white. I called them again and they assured me they checked the warehouse %26 it was white. So after their reassurance I ordered the chair. I only opened the top when it was delivered yesterday to make sure it was white, it's not white, it just looks dirty next to my white sofa. I tried to send it back, it has not been removed from the box however now they refuse to pick it back up. If I had not been so obvious about my concern of it being the right color I could understand. They refuse to pick it up, they want me to pay to return it. This was their error. I feel it's only fair they pay to pick it up. Please let me know my options at this point. Thank you for your help
