I had bought one of these blankets at the store for my hubby. He likes the length and helps him sleep better. I decided to order one for me. The downside is the wire. I'd like to know who's the genius that decided to put the chord in the middle of the blanket.

I would recommend if you're on budget it's a really great option! Now for this one, it is micro plush so it's super soft and nice, I decided on this one for the softness , it's a little strange in my opinion that the heat is only in the middle of the blanket and the top and bottom of it have about 12inches of no heat/wires. Maybe that was designed for a safety reason… not sure but if you want the most heat get a bigger one bc I got the throw size thinking it'll be fine but of course my little dog wants to join me on the couch and I don't get much of the heat part haha! I might just have to buy another one. I really like sunbeam, I had another blanket a few years ago that lasted me a couple years.

GREAT but unplugs super easily

i LOVE this blanket. it's the perfect thing to keep me warm in the winter. however it unplugs SUPER easily, like the cord that plugs into the blanket falls out every 5 minutes. i don't know if thats just mine or what, but its hard to keep it warm when it does that. i have to be very still so it doesnt unplug.
