This blanket is super soft and gets perfectly toasty! The only complaint being that you can feel the wires and my new kitten unplugged it very easily (not the blanket's fault) but it's not that big of a deal..this blanket is a godsend in Ohio January weather. Highly recommend!!

You do not feel the wires. You can wash it. It gets super warm and toasty, and stays hot for 4 hours!!! I now prefer this over a heating pad, because heating pads are too stiff. I can wrap this throw around any body part and warm the whole area. It is warmer if you lie on it, or put it under another blanket. I use it for back pain.
