I would recommend if you're on budget it's a really great option! Now for this one, it is micro plush so it's super soft and nice, I decided on this one for the softness , it's a little strange in my opinion that the heat is only in the middle of the blanket and the top and bottom of it have about 12inches of no heat/wires. Maybe that was designed for a safety reason… not sure but if you want the most heat get a bigger one bc I got the throw size thinking it'll be fine but of course my little dog wants to join me on the couch and I don't get much of the heat part haha! I might just have to buy another one. I really like sunbeam, I had another blanket a few years ago that lasted me a couple years.

This is so great that I just ordered a 2nd one. This company really knows how to make a heated blanket: just the right size and long enough to cover my feet, the heat choices are just right and the controller is streamlined.
