During the 5-year limited warranty period, Sunbeam will, at its sole discretion, do one of the following if the Product is determined to be defective: Replace the Product, or Provide a one-time refund in an amount not to exceed the original purchase price of the Product. The choice of remedy under this limited warranty is at the sole discretion of Sunbeam. This is my second Sunbeam Heated Electric Throw Blanket. The first one I bought 5 years ago and it finally stopped working and I purchased this one. I must say I love the length of this blanket! Secondly They have moved the control module from the feet to the side of the blanket, which in my opinion was a GREAT decision, as I did not like it at my feet. I also have to say this blanket is SOFT, and I love a nice soft warm blanket! If you stay cold in the winter like I do, BUY THIS!!!! It will keep you warm!
